Quality in Reading

Usually when I ask people - “Do you read books?”
I get the classic answer - “Oh, I want to but I don’t get enough time.”
And that was me, a year back!
Later, this year I switched to audiobooks. It was a new way of reading a book for me because I am a visual learner.
Yet, audiobooks helped - mainly because I could complete a book while driving, traveling or even during my daily walks and workout.
But again, I am a visual learner and I am more into reading self-help books. Audiobooks work well for me if the book has a story.
And what about books which are loaded with concepts to remember?
Like Alex Hormozi’s 100M offer. This book is loaded with value in the sales niche(this is a fairly a new concept for me as my background is Information Technology). I ended up spending my weekend reading this book. (And I am glad i did!)
Honestly, I don’t have many weekends free to read every book in my list (I have a huge list).
I am busy with balancing my full time job, creating content (making reels, writing newsletters) and enjoying family time. And yet, I want to read a book.
Despite this, I want to keep myself updated with the valuable insights that books have to offer.
Chat GPT is here for the rescue of busy professionals and book lovers like me.
I tried several prompts - but here is the best what worked for me and I guarantee will work for you too:
Method:
1. Open chat GPT:
Login to Chat GPT. Create an account if you haven’t yet. And then let’s get started!
2. Start with this prompt:
“Give me detail chapter by chapter of "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" by Stephen R. Covey book. Give as much as details you can in each chapter.”

3. Go more further by prompting:
Awesome! Let's dive deeper in chapters.

4. Now go chapter wise:
This will take you to the real meat of the book.
Great! Give detail about Chapter 1

5. Read Chapter wise:
Repeat step 4 for every chapter which chat GPT listed for your in the first prompt.
This worked for me and I am sure it is going to work for you too.
Now answering the question : How much time it took for me to read the book with the help of Chat GPT?
Around 30-45 minute of Focus read to complete one book. This means that, if I sit with my laptop or even mobile for 45 minutes in the evening everyday, I will end up reading 1 book each day.
Now, reply to this email, tell me - Which is the book that brought huge change in your life? Recommend that book to me!
Until next Monday!
Cheers,
Sneha Kedar
